A young family has moved into a completed 4 bedroom (all en-suite) bungalow of the prestigious Almond Gardens 1 – one of the 7 exotic estates located in Centenary city.
“It is indeed an honor to be the first family to benefit of this admirable project …glory to God for successfully moving in. Being indigenes of Enugu state, we thought it wise to partake in such a laudable indigenous effort by Private Estate Ltd”, retorted the proud father of three.
Having taken advantage of the ELGC-UNTH housing scheme to acquire the plot for the family house, speedy construction was conducted in conjunction with the ELGC development office.
As promised, facilities including 24/7 security, access road and electricity (15MVA power sub-station located in the city), etc., were made available to the family from day one.
The project coordinator of Centenary city, Chambers Mbachu, while welcoming the new residents (dubbed the “1st family” of ELGC), re-assured them of round-the-clock support from the staff of ELGC to ensure a seamless integration into the community even as they will be joined by numerous other families whose properties are just about ready too.
